Highly recommended reading for anyone who wants to follow the economic and technological direction China takes over the next five years: the plan sets out its priorities and many concrete targets for 2026–2030.
There are three A4 PDFs: Chinese (101 pages), English (157) and bilingual (143), with Chinese and English side by side, paragraph by paragraph. Each also comes in a version for double-sided printing.
